- Front tooth cases needing extra aesthetic work
- Gangnam rent and surgeon experience
What a quote usually includes
- Fixture, abutment and crown in most per-tooth quotes

Dental Implant cost questions
How much more is Straumann than Osstem?
Straumann is quoted at 1,500,000 to 2,000,000 KRW per tooth versus 800,000 to 1,300,000 KRW for Osstem, so roughly 700,000 KRW more per implant.
Why did one clinic quote 500,000 KRW?
Some quotes cover the fixture only. Korean fixtures alone are listed at 300,000 to 600,000 KRW; the crown adds 200,000 to 500,000 KRW for zirconia.
How much is a bone graft with an implant?
Synthetic bone is about 200,000 to 500,000 KRW per site, xenograft 300,000 to 800,000 KRW and your own bone 500,000 to 1,500,000 KRW.
What does a sinus lift cost?
About 600,000 to 1,500,000 KRW, only for upper back teeth where bone height is short.
Can a foreign visitor use the 65+ implant coverage?
Only NHIS enrollees qualify. Tourists pay the non-covered price.
Is VAT added to implant bills?
No, implant treatment is medical, not cosmetic, so it is not subject to the cosmetic VAT.
