What is Penile Girth Augmentation?
Korean urology clinics offer cosmetic penile procedures, mainly to increase girth. The common options are hyaluronic acid (HA) filler injections and implanted dermal or synthetic grafts.
Medical societies do not recommend these procedures for men with normal-size anatomy, so a frank consultation about expectations is the first step.
How it works
Filler: HA gel is injected under the penile skin through small needles under local anesthetic and molded by hand. It is gradually absorbed. Grafts: through a small incision, a sheet of processed dermis or other material is placed around the shaft to add bulk. Length procedures that release the suspensory ligament add only a small visible length when flaccid and do not change erect length much.
