What is Abdominal Liposuction (360 Lipo)?

Abdominal liposuction (복부 지방흡입) is the most common body contouring procedure in Gangnam clinics. Many offer a '360' package that includes the front belly, flanks (love handles) and lower back.

It works best on pinchable fat above the muscle. Fat that sits deeper around the organs can't be suctioned.

How it works

You lie on your back and then on your side or front while the surgeon infiltrates tumescent fluid and suctions fat through a few small incisions, usually in the navel, the bikini line and the sides. Total volume is often 2 to 5 litres. A compression girdle goes on before you leave the operating room.
