What is Thigh Liposuction?

Thigh liposuction (허벅지 지방흡입) is common in Korea, with full-thigh packages covering every side down to just above the knee. Inner thighs that rub together and outer saddlebags are the most requested areas.

Because the legs carry body weight, swelling lasts longer than in the arms or abdomen.

How it works

The surgeon works through small incisions in the groin crease, the buttock fold and near the knee, turning you during the operation to reach each side. Tumescent fluid is used throughout. Some clinics add the knees or calves at the same time.

Why do my ankles swell after thigh lipo?

Fluid moves down with gravity. It usually settles over 2 to 4 weeks with walking, elevation and compression.

Can the knees be included?
